Olight has introduced a new Amber Orange version of the ArkPro Ultra, expanding its flat everyday-carry flashlight lineup with a warmer metallic finish and a newly developed anodizing process. The colorway was unveiled at O-Fan Day 2026 and is scheduled to launch on September 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET for $129.99.
A color update with a manufacturing story
Olight says the Amber Orange body uses a three-step OAL anodizing process made up of anodizing, precision machining, and a second anodizing treatment. More than 100 process parameters were evaluated before the company settled on the final result. Olight claims the finish offers up to twice the scratch resistance of its standard color anodizing, which should be relevant for a light designed to ride in pockets, travel bags, glove boxes, and tool organizers.
Black accents break up the orange body, and the dimensions remain compact at 124 x 27 x 16 mm. Weight is listed at 120 grams. A dual-direction clip supports pocket or bag carry, and the rectangular profile keeps the light from behaving like a cylindrical flashlight on a desk or work surface.
The ArkPro Ultra feature set is unchanged
Internally, Olight is keeping the existing ArkPro Ultra platform. Four light sources are controlled with a rotary selector: Pure Flood, Spotlight, UV, and Green Laser. Maximum output reaches 1,700 lumens. The floodlight can produce up to 1,700 lumens with a beam distance up to 100 meters, while the spotlight can reach up to 205 meters.
The UV source is rated up to 1,200 mW on high. The green laser supports constant and momentary modes. Olight also lists a Duv below 0.006 across brightness levels, a specification aimed at keeping the white beam visually clean and free of obvious tint shifts.
Charging and everyday use
The ArkPro Ultra supports both USB-C charging and Olight’s MCC magnetic system, giving users a standard cable option away from home and a magnetic setup for a desk or regular charging location. ArkBeat adds a small visual element: the light briefly pulses after activation and changes color according to accumulated usage time.
For fall travel, emergency kits, DIY tasks, and everyday carry, the practical appeal comes from having several specialized light sources inside one slim device. The Amber Orange finish makes the hardware easier to spot in a bag and gives the line a less conventional look. The color may be especially useful in a vehicle kit or gear bin, where a dark flashlight can disappear among cables, tools, and black nylon pouches.
Olight has not announced an introductory discount for the new colorway. The company is presenting this as a standard addition to the ArkPro Ultra family, with the emphasis placed on the anodizing treatment and appearance.
