xLean TR1 Returns at IFA: A Smart Home Robot That Actually Listens

xLean Brings TR1 Back to IFA: A Home Robot That Responds to Simple Voice Commands

Keeping a floor clean is rarely one big job. It is the cereal under the table, the muddy paw prints near the door, the dried spot in the kitchen, and the routine cleaning that still has to happen afterward. xLean built the TR1 around that daily rhythm, and the company is currently bringing the latest version to IFA 2026 in Berlin. Following an initial preview at ShowStoppers @ IFA on September 3, live demonstrations are now underway at Booth 11.1-129 from September 4 through September 8.

A Robot You Can Ask in Plain Language

The newest part of the story is EvoMate OS. xLean describes it as an AI Agent system that can take a one-sentence request and manage the cleaning task from start to finish. Tell the TR1 what needs attention, and the system is designed to understand the request, determine the relevant area, choose a cleaning strategy, complete the job, and report back. xLean plans to demonstrate related visual-assistance features at IFA, including locating common items and checking whether pet essentials need attention.

That kind of interaction matters in a busy home because every extra menu, map, and setting creates another small task. EvoMate OS is built to reduce those steps. The system runs on the D-Robotics Sunrise X5 AI chip with 10 TOPS of computing power.

Two Forms for the Way Messes Actually Happen

The TR1 can switch in one second between autonomous Robot Form and Handheld Form. Robot Form handles scheduled hard-floor cleaning. Handheld Form is ready for a specific spill or stain as soon as it happens. Its Dual-Motor DirectSuction system delivers up to 17,000 Pa of suction, supported by dual 400 RPM self-cleaning rollers and real-time dirt sensing.

The OMNI Station takes over the maintenance cycle with automatic water management, solid-liquid waste separation, hot-water washing, and hot-air drying. A physical camera shutter and encrypted data transmission provide direct privacy controls, and users can turn off Agent Mode while keeping other cleaning functions active.

With its blend of hands-on flexibility and autonomous floor care, the TR1 reflects xLean’s broader effort to streamline modern home maintenance. Attendees, media representatives, and industry partners can experience live demonstrations of the TR1 at Messe Berlin, Booth 11.1-129, throughout IFA 2026.

You’ll have the chance to experience this revolutionary smart home robot, which responds to simple voice commands without lengthy learning curves or operational ambiguity.
